Shankar Anantharaman
Founder
Shankar Anantharaman is a Chennai-based business leader with nearly 30 years of experience in real estate and construction. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Loyola College, he is known for his expertise in blueprint interpretation, safety protocols, equipment management, and project execution. Shankar has earned a strong reputation for his integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering quality projects on time and within budget.

He has led the successful construction of several landmark projects across Chennai, including VBC Solitaire, Villa 96, Rantech IT Park, Lancor Menon Eternity and SPR Osian Heights. His leadership has transformed blueprints into enduring spaces that serve as thriving hubs for businesses and communities.

Director
Swarnalatha Shankar holds a M.Com and brings over 15 years of experience in business administration and operations management. She is skilled in streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, managing financial and administrative functions. Swarnalatha excels at aligning operations with strategic goals, fostering collaboration, and building high-performing teams.
